We are pleased to report that the Masonic Village at Burlington has achieved Five-Star status! The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services created the Five-Star Quality Rating System to help consumers, their families, and caregivers compare nursing homes more easily. The rating system gives each nursing home a rating of between one and five stars, and those with five stars are considered to have much above average quality. Â
